Why Vyncos exists
Most contractors run the business across WhatsApp, Excel, paper job cards and an accounting package that only sees a job once it is invoiced. Simple questions get hard: is this project making money, which maintenance visits are late, where did the stock go?
Vyncos keeps the whole job on one record. It is made by Elitestack Technologies and is in production with a UAE gas and fire contractor, running their quotations, maintenance contracts, site work and accounts.

Each company has its own database schema, and access is controlled by role.
A record of every change
Changes go to an append-only audit trail, and key financial postings need a second approver.
UAE rules first
VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS payroll, Civil Defence certificates and e-invoicing are part of the product.
Your own accounts
WhatsApp, AI and Peppol are paid to the provider directly. Our fee carries no mark-up on them.
